At Tools for Self-Care, we encourage any kind of movement that brings you joy, but we also specialize in two self-care fitness formats: Yoga Tune Up® and The Roll Model® Method. We use these therapeutic forms of movement to help people like you improve range of motion, eliminate pain, strengthen the musculature around your joints, downregulate your nervous system, and prepare your body for optimal performance.
